How long does implementation take?
Build: a single workflow ships in 1–2 weeks; a multi-step system takes 2–6 weeks, depending on how many tools it has to talk to.
Enterprise Gen-AI systems: we follow our "Idea to Prototype in 15 Days" process: kickoff, a 1–2 day AI design sprint, a working prototype inside two weeks, then production hardening over 1–3 months.
You get the timeline in writing before we start, so you know what to expect.
Do I need technical knowledge?
We build the "invisible back-office" - you just keep using the tools you already know (Telegram, Slack, Email, Notion) and the AI does its work in the background.
During onboarding, we'll walk you through everything and provide simple documentation so your team can use the automation confidently from day one.
What's the pricing model?
AI Audit, €599 (€399 for law and accounting firms): a written map of your workflows, the time leaks priced out, and a build plan you can hand to anyone on your team.
Build, €999 to €12,000: a fixed quote before we start, in three tiers by complexity. Enterprise systems are scoped individually.
Operate, 10–20% of the build per year: monitoring, fixes and monthly reporting so the automation keeps paying for itself.
