Valmir Hazeri

I’m Valmir Hazeri — a solution architect, software engineer, and the founder of d2b. I help businesses transform how they operate by designing and deploying AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual processes and unlock real growth.

My career started in 2010 building websites — that's where I learned how engineering decisions translate into business outcomes. By 2013, I'd moved into blockchain and systems architecture, co-founding Bitsapphire to build enterprise-grade digital products for international clients. I shipped my first AI project in 2018, but 2022 was the inflection point: I went deep into LLMs, agents, and Gen-AI architecture. By 2024, it was clear AI orchestration was the work I wanted to do full-time — so I founded d2b.

d2b is the company I wanted when I was building enterprise software for someone else: a small team that audits where work leaks, builds the automation that retires it, and stays long enough to make sure it holds. I work hands-on with every client — startups to enterprises — because invisible automation only stays invisible when someone keeps watching it.
