Valmir Hazeri

I'm Valmir Hazeri. Since 2010 I've built software that has to hold up when it matters: distributed systems, blockchain infrastructure, and now AI. I founded d2b to do one thing well: orchestrate AI into how real businesses run, so your team stops doing the work a machine should be doing.

None of this was a career change. I started in 2010 building websites, where I learned how an engineering decision becomes a business outcome. By 2013 I was deep in blockchain and systems architecture, co-founding Bitsapphire to ship enterprise products for international clients. I built my first AI project in 2018, but 2022 was the turn: I went all-in on LLMs, agents, and Gen-AI architecture. By 2024 it was clear where the work was heading, so I started d2b.

d2b is the company I wanted back when I was building enterprise software for someone else: a small team that audits where work leaks, builds the automation that retires it, and stays long enough to make sure it holds. I work hands-on with every client, from startups to enterprises, because invisible automation only stays invisible when someone keeps watching it.
