How d2b started
d2b stands for “Design to Build” — a rule we made for ourselves after a decade of watching AI projects die in the design phase. Valmir founded d2b in 2024 after ten years building enterprise software at Bitsapphire, because he kept meeting the same problem: clients didn’t need another platform, another dashboard, or another AI demo. They needed someone to map where time was leaking, build the thing that plugged the leak, and stay long enough to make sure it held.
We’re not a platform. We’re not reselling someone else’s agent. We’re a small team that audits, builds, and operates AI orchestration for businesses that are tired of hiring their way out of admin.
